Join the wonderful Chef Angela from Lazio and to learn how to make pizza. While making pizza, you’ll feel as if you’re in Italy as Chef Angela shares fun facts and stories of her home country. It’s an easy and classic Italian recipe, great for kids and the whole family!

Ingredients & Preparation
If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.
Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience.
Pizza Dough
500 grams (4 cups) flour (00 flour is preferred, all-purpose or bread flour is a suitable substitute)
15 grams (1 1/2 tablespoons) yeast such as active dry, instant-rise, or “pizza yeast”
3 spoons olive oil
10 grams (1 1/2 teaspoons) salt
300 grams (1 1/4 cups) room temperature water
Note: If you are using yeast which is NOT instant-rise, you will need to activate it using 1/2 teaspoon of sugar (check package for instructions)
Pizza Toppings
400 grams of cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil
Dried oregano (to season)
Mozzarella cheese
Any other toppings you’d like - you may want to pre-cook vegetables before using them as toppings
