Ingredients
If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.
Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience.
Pisco Sour
1-2 cocktails
3 ounces Pisco (or substitute with Tequila)
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
5 cubes ice
a few drops of Angostura bitters
1 egg white
Cheese & Chutney Skewers
250 grams (3.5 ounces) of cheese - Edam or Gouda (or any medium-hard cheese)
2 eggs
100 grams (1 cup) flour
500 grams (4 cups) panko breadcrumbs
2 cups of vegetable oil for frying
Chutney or marmalade (of any flavor)
Equipment
