Join Chef Nacho for a Peruvian Happy Hour! Chef Nacho will teach you how to craft your own refreshing Pisco Sour cocktail and create a delicious cheese and chutney appetizer to pair with your drink!

Ingredients

If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.

Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience.


Pisco Sour
1-2 cocktails

  • 3 ounces Pisco (or substitute with Tequila)

  • 1 ounce lime juice

  • 1 ounce simple syrup

  • 5 cubes ice

  • a few drops of Angostura bitters

  • 1 egg white

Cheese & Chutney Skewers

  • 250 grams (3.5 ounces) of cheese - Edam or Gouda (or any medium-hard cheese)

  • 2 eggs

  • 100 grams (1 cup) flour

  • 500 grams (4 cups) panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 cups of vegetable oil for frying

  • Chutney or marmalade (of any flavor)

Equipment

Certain commonly used kitchen tools such as cutlery, dishes, mixing bowls, pots, and pans will be used. Any special equipment is listed here.
