Ingredients & Preparation
Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience.
If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.
Before coming to class:
Boil the potatoes with skins on until soft and fork-tender.
Gnocchi with Sala Rosa (Pink Sauce)
Serves 2-3
Gnocchi
500 grams (1 pound) red potatoes
500 grams (1 pound) yellow potatoes
300 grams (2 1/2 cups) flour
Sala Rosa (Pink Sauce)
400 grams (15 ounces) tomato sauce
3 garlic cloves
236 milliliters (8 ounces) whipping cream
Salt and extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
Equipment
1 Potato ricer or fork
1 large pot for boiling potatoes
1 saucepan
1 gnocchi board or fork
General Steps
Make gnocchi.
Make salsa rosa.
Assemble the final dish!
