About Gloria: We connected with Gloria through mutual friends who knew that we both love good food and people - that was all we needed to hit it off. During our Heart of Italy trip, Gloria hosts us in her beautiful apartment in the very heart of Florence for dinner. She shares stories of her family’s background and history in the city while she teaches us how to make a variety of local dishes. When we can’t gather in Gloria’s dining room adorned with art, eat and drink delicious food around her table, and check out her rooftop view of the Duomo, we’re happy to visit and cook with her virtually.
