Join Chef Alain from Tuscany this Father’s Day to learn a foolproof pasta recipe and transform it into a plate of rich and creamy Italian carbonara!

Ingredients & Preparation

Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience.

If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.


Carbonara
Serves 2

Pasta Dough

  • 200 grams (1 1/2 cups) 00 flour

    • Substitute: all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt

  • Extra virgin olive oil

Carbonara Sauce

  • 200 grams (7 ounces) smoked pork belly or bacon

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Butter 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 100 grams (1 cup) Parmigiano cheese or aged Pecorino cheese
