Carbonara
Serves 2
Pasta Dough
200 grams (1 1/2 cups) 00 flour
Substitute: all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Carbonara Sauce
200 grams (7 ounces) smoked pork belly or bacon
1 garlic clove
Butter
2 eggs
100 grams (1 cup) Parmigiano cheese or aged Pecorino cheese
