Pasta Dough
200 grams (1 1/2 cups) flour - 00 preferred (can be purchased here) (option to substitute all-purpose flour)
2 eggs
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Carbonara Sauce
200 grams (7 ounces) smoked pork belly or bacon
1 garlic clove
50 g (1/4 cup) butter
2 eggs
100 grams (1 cup) of Parmigiano cheese or aged Pecorino cheese
