Join Marika and her brother, Emanuele, from their home high above Positano to learn how to make pizza. It’s a very easy recipe so it’s great for kids and the whole family!

Ingredients & Preparation
Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience.
If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.
Pizza Neopolitana
4 large pizzas
Pizza Dough
1 kilogram (8 cups flour) - 00 flour (can be purchased here, or substitute with all-purpose flour)
25 grams (2 2/3 tablespoons) active dry, instant rise, or “pizza yeast”
Note: If you are using a yeast other than instant or active dry, you need to activate the yeast with sugar (see package for instructions)
3 spoons olive oil
20 grams (3 1/3 teaspoons) salt
600 grams (2 1/2) cups water
Pizza Toppings
Tomato sauce (can be purchased here)
Mozzarella cheese (can be purchased here)
Any other toppings you’d like - you may want to pre-cook vegetables before using them as toppings
