Join Marika and her brother, Emanuele, from their home high above Positano to learn how to make not just any pizza, but a stuffed fried pizza! It’s a very easy recipe so it’s great for kids and the whole family!

Ingredients & Preparation

If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.

Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience.


Pizza Dough

  • 250 grams (1 cup) 00 flour (option to substitute all-purpose flour)

  • 250 grams (1 cup) 0 flour or Manitoba (option to substitute all-purpose flour)

  • 2 packs powered or instant yeast

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 10 grams (2 teaspoons) salt

  • 280-300 milliliters (1 1/8 cup - 1 1/4 cup) room temperature water

Pizza Toppings

  • Tomato sauce (can be purchased here)

  • Mozzarella cheese (can be purchased here)

  • Any other fillings you’d like such as prosciutto or vegetables - you may want to pre-cook vegetables before using them as fillings
