Sopa de Peixe (Portuguese Seafood Soup)
1 or 2 white fish stakes (with bone, may use grouper, cod, monkfish or any other white fish. Don’t use tuna or salmon)
Olive Oil to taste
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 bay leaf (optional)
1 Carrot
4 Tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small cilantro bunch
2 cups elbow pasta (gluten-free pasta is a suitable option)
1 Carrot
1 cup dry white wine
Tabasco or piri-piri sauce (optional)

General Steps:
Make the soup stock.
Prepare the soup base.
Cook the pasta and combine ingredients to complete the soup.
