Join Marika & her brother Emanuele, from their home high above Positano to learn how to make simple biscotti (cookies). This is a great class for kids & the whole family!

Ingredients

If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.

Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience.


Cookie Dough

  • 500 grams (4 cups) flour - 00 preferred (can be purchased here) (option to substitute all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour)

  • 200 grams (7/8 cup) of white soft butter

  • 200 grams (7/8 cup) of sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) of powdered yeast

  • 1 lemon to grate & use the peel

Cookie Filling

  • Jam of your choice or Nutella
