Join Chef Angela from the Lazio region of Italy for a coffee break like a true Italian! Chef Angela will teach you how to make traditional, crunchy Ciambelline di Vino (Italian Wine Cookies) using her grandmother’s recipe and measuring techniques! While they bake in the oven, she’ll teach you how to brew a proper Italian espresso at home.
By the end of the class, you’ll have yourself the perfect mid-day pick me up!

Ciambelline di Vino
1 cup of olive oil
1 cup of white or red wine
1 cup of sugar + more to decorate
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda OR baking powder
All-purpose flour as needed
Few drops of lemon flavor OR orange extract
