Event Itinerary
Days 1-3
Your journey becomes part of the destination right away with a chartered seaplane from Seattle to San Juan Island, departing approximately 4:30 PM. Eliminate the wait for the ferry, fly directly to our destination in 35 minutes, and soak in the bird’s eye view of the islands. Our first dinner at the islands is one-of-a-kind, bringing together a winemaker and the owner of the island’s favorite bakery on a beautiful farm where we’ll tour the gardens and pick our own fresh pizza toppings. Your exquisite meals continue with a “Land to Sea Dinner” paired with some of the island’s favorite spirits, ciders, wines, and shrubs. Tailor-made adventure means that we’ll skip the ferry and make a day of it aboard a private chartered sail boat to explore the smaller islands in route to Orcas Island.
Days 4-5
We’ll set the stage of the varying island vibes as we dine bayside at a private venue. Our feast will come from the local surroundings - everything sourced within 25 miles of where we dine. To bring another element to life we’ll visit artisans of the islands, showcasing where they find inspiration from this beautiful scenery to bring their visions to life. We’ll wrap up our days on the islands with more divine food, wine, drink, stories from the makers, and tours of properties and productions that are well beyond the trodden tourist tracks. Finally, we’ll board our seaplanes and say goodbye as we return back to the Seattle area around 3 PM.
