Why France?
France has long been on our radar because of its rich culinary landscape. Through our virtual cooking classes, we had the pleasure of meeting new friends, Guillaume and Marie. On a rainy day in a local brasserie, they swapped stories over lunch and Annie knew that she finally met the right people to make our dream trip to France a reality.

Why Portugal?
In the early days of TTLT, Annie visited Portugal with friends. She took in the sights and sounds with a different perspective, pondering whether this country could someday be where we bring our travelers. Then, during COVID, as the world stood still, we connected with Ana in Lisbon who taught us how to make the famous pastel de nata. In Portugal, there is a foundation of cuisine that transcends so many of our destinations because of Portugal's influence on cuisines around the world, poetically tying together our destinations.

5 - 6 Day Trip to the United Kingdom

Leave the summer heat behind and head to the picturesque landscapes of the Cotswolds. We’ll immerse ourselves in the charm of this idyllic countryside as we enjoy farm-to-table meals filled with the freshness and flavors of local produce. We’ll visit local producers and friends and families in the area as we settle into our time amidst the rolling hills and quaint villages of the Cotswolds. Your journey promises quiet moments and scenic views around every corner.
Why the United Kingdom?
While the UK might not stand out in our minds as a 'culinary destination', we've found that the particularities of how, when, and with whom you eat, makes this a favorite of ours. Most importantly, it's about the relationships that bring a destination to life. Our own paths have brought us closer to the land of fish & chips as our Italy Tour Host, Kathryn, studied at LAMDA in London. And Annie unexpectedly found herself traveling to the UK to visit family after 'marrying in'. Their time in the UK focuses on family and friend time, with a pinch of farm tours, food tours, and afternoon tea, all of which we’re looking forward to incorporating into a TTLT trip and inviting you in as family.
