Chicken Cacciatore

2 chicken legs
1 large white onion
2 garlic cloves
a handful of black olives
1 6-ounce can of tomato paste
1 glass of white wine
Rosemary
Sage
Extra virgin olive oil

Slices of toast (optional as a side)
