Have your ingredients pre-measured and prepped before the class for a more seamless experience.
If you do not have certain ingredients, our chefs will do their best to suggest substitutions.

1 fresh egg
1 tbsp sugar
3.7 oz (slightly less than 1/2 cup) mascarpone cheese
Biscuits - dry and crunchy (example: biscuits)
Plain black coffee (unsweetened)
Cocoa powder (bitter)
Equipment

Sifter
Plastic / Rubber spatula
Cup / flat-bottomed bowl/shallow pan for serving
