Hi! I’m Annie Cheng

My first visit to Italy was in 2015 and I was underprepared for the ways Italy would transform my life. From enduring friendships to education about food & culture that changed the way I ate, thought, and embraced la dolce vita. I've planned or hosted 20+ trips in Italy and traveled all over the country, from Sicily to Venice (often on road trips, one of my favorite ways to explore roads less traveled).

Italy holds a special place in my heart as the first place I traveled outside of the U.S. It was on a trip to Italy with my high school French class. Our teacher, Madame Tucker, couldn’t resist--and I can see why. I was immediately enchanted by the people, food, art, architecture, and natural beauty of this magical place, where the locals seemed to know how to savor life unlike anywhere else. Now I enjoy visiting yearly to host our Heart of Italy Trip and reconnect with the chefs and guides who have become my friends.

  • The training is one hour long! And we can guarantee that there will be music, audience engagement via the chat box and giveaways through out so you definitely don’t want to miss it.

  • Absolutely! In fact, we would love for you to come prepared with questions. We will be answering questions throughout the workshop and will have a Q+A at the very end in case we missed anything.

  • We’ll miss having you there live but after the training, we will send out an email that has 24-hour access to the video for you to watch. We’ll also include all of those freebies we mentioned earlier and maybe a few incentives that you should keep an eye out for.
